Apple announced new 5G iPhone in September, but in this year the launch was delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic disrupted supply chains.

Last month, the company Apple took the unusual step of applying its September event to show off new iPads, Apple Watches, and a new fitness subscription service — rather than its latest iPhones (CNN).
